Pre-assembled door-operator header with PMSM drive
Doors are what a passenger actually touches, and they are what fails first if the header is assembled on site by whoever is free that afternoon. We build the header complete: track, hangers, operator, drive and controller mounted and adjusted on the bench, then shipped as one unit.
The drive is a permanent-magnet synchronous motor with encoder feedback, so the door knows where it is rather than relying on limit switches alone. That gives smooth acceleration into the open and closed positions and lets the controller detect an obstruction by torque rather than waiting for a safety edge to be struck.
Openings are built to the clear width the shaft allows, in 2-panel or 4-panel arrangements, centre or side opening. As an autodoor header supplier we quote against your door schedule rather than a catalogue size.
