Machining, assembly and finishing all happen in one place, which is what makes a twenty-set order viable. Nothing is subcontracted out and then re-checked on arrival.
Safety-critical assemblies are checked against the specification they were built to before they leave, and governors are marked with the tripping speed they were set to so it can be verified on site.
